CENTRE helps local families experiencing hardship and disadvantage by providing parenting courses, being an information source on accommodation and tenancy issues, organising pre and play school services, summer camps and various other training courses.
The Resource and Outreach Steering Centre is, in fact, made up of 17 charitable organisations but is led by the Irish Wheelchair Association and the National Council for the Blind.
